To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice will not be charged.
• Emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
• In the event of an outbreak, the seniors painting session must be rescheduled within 30 days or a $100 cancellation fee will apply.
