The Area Manager supports daily operations at Young at Heart Painting, coordinating with artists and retirement homes, managing supplies, scheduling sessions, and handling administrative duties.

Daily Responsibilities
- Log in to the official email account each morning.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with artists, homes, and clients.
- Reply professionally to all messages.
- Confirm that artists have all the materials needed for upcoming sessions.
- Keep inventory tracker up to date
- Assign available artists to confirmed bookings.
- Scheduling of all monthly events
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to clients.
- Provide suggestions to improve workflow, tracking, or communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years of management and administrative experience
- Reliable vehicle for travel
- Experience working with seniors is a strong asset.
- Dependable, punctual, and self-directed.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexible dates that suit your schedule.
- Supportive and fun atmosphere.
